This super item is a Gentleman's silver napkin hook. The Napkin is clamped between the Skull Motif and a round disc and the hook is place over the top of a shirt. Made in our own workshops in Birmingham's famous Jewellery Quarter our Silver Napkin Hooks are fully tested and Hallmarked at the Birmingham Assay office.
