Pr Antique 19C Repousse Heraldic Decorated Sterling Silver 925 Napkin Rings 37+g

  

All photographs are part of the description. Pair of excellent antique Sterling Silver napkin rings from the Victorian Aesthetic Movement. Each measures 1-1/4 inches wide, is 1-3/4 inches across, and combined, they weigh 37.8 grams. The decoration is of two swords points together, with flowers trailing from them, and a center heraldic shield with the containing the initial. The design is repeated on both sides.

They are both in very good pre-owned condition with some tarnishing and light scuffing. You can faintly see the seam on one of them, and there is a strange little hole in the rim on the other. Both of these flaws are pictured.

They are also monogrammed with a single initial, either a Q or a C, depending which way you place it. They are also both marked 925 on the outside, which is the only mark I could find.
