Pair Wood & Hughes Sterling Silver Napkin Rings measuring approximately 1-3/4 in diameter. Total weight is 28 grams.

Dated 1863 and 1893 with AL monogram on one and GL on the other, we believe they are commemorative of a 30th anniversary. Both are beautifully chased with exceptional detail. Inside of both rings is the W & H mark (very faint), 421 and sterling. Wood & Hughes was an important New York, NY silversmith company (1845 - 1899) known for their aesthetic movement pieces. These are a very nice example, in original condition with some minor spotting and light tarnish noted. Please carefully view photos as they are the most important part of the description.
