An antique English sterling silver repousse napkin ring with ornate floral decoration. It weighs 19.5 g and is 1-1/4" high, 1-1/2" in diameter. It feels heavier than it is because of the elaborate, all over repousse work. The English hallmarks for Birmingham, 1902, at the very beginning of the reign of King Edward VII, are almost hidden in the design. There is also a maker's mark which I have not identified. There is an N stamped on the ring, also hard to spot with the naked eye, and I do not know the significance. The ring is in excellent antique condition, no dings, tears or heavy scratches. This is a nice, solid decorative napkin ring. Please ask questions before purchasing. This item is in the category "Antiques\Silver\Sterling Silver (.
