Fabulous & heavy antique French sterling silver 2" napkin ring with ornate guilloche style machined decoration and floral & foliate accented medallion with "HR monogram! It bears the French Minerve or Minerva hallmark, the tiny number "1" in the upper right corner stands for French 1st quality. 950 or 95% pure silver content.
