Antique Cased English Set of 6 Sterling Silver Napkin Rings C initial, d. 1913

  
This listing is for a set of 6 sterling silver napkin rings in their original case. The napkin rings are engraved on their shield cartouche with the initial "C" as shown. The napkin rings are hallmarked Chester England, Sterling, the date 1913 along with an illegible maker's mark. The napkin rings measure 1 3/4" across and 9/16" tall with the shield cartouche measuring 13/16 tall. The case measures 7 3/4" across, approximately 5 1/2" deep and 2 1/2 tall. Gently used, very good condition from an estate. The napkin rings are in great shape. The case has some superficial wear on its cover as shown in the photographs, appropriate to its 110+ year age, but the latch is solid and works great as is the case. We aim for 100% satisfaction with every sale. Our sterling silver comes fresh from estates; as such, many pieces show very gentle signs of use and estate storage, and they frequently need polishing.
